Do you charge commission on orders?
Never. A flat subscription and nothing per order — no percentage, no per-order fee, no cut of a tip. Card processing is paid to your own gateway at whatever rate you negotiated; we are not in that transaction.
Can I use my own payment processor?
Yes — that is the design. You connect your own merchant account and funds go directly to it, on its settlement schedule. OrderVora never touches your money, and card details are tokenised inside the gateway's own frame.
Who owns customer data?
You do, all of it. Every customer, order and catalogue item is exportable at any time and leaves with you if you leave. That is the premise of the product, not a feature we can withdraw.
I already have a menu. Do I retype it?
No. Send a photo, a PDF, a spreadsheet, a link to your old site, or connect your POS. It comes back structured and priced, and you review it before anything goes live.
What is not built yet?
SMS campaigns, automated marketing, DoorDash Drive and Uber Direct, POS integrations, the open API and fraud protection are packaged but not shipped — each is labelled "coming soon" on its plan rather than sold as if it were running. Everything else on this page is a screen you can open today.
